We’d love to hear from you! We recommend submitting a request through our website contact form. We try to answer all emails within a few days.

Due to the complexity of our fulfilment operations, once we start working on an order, we cannot cancel or stop the order from processing. But, if you email info@ukari.online, we will do our best to assist you.

Unfortunately, not at this stage. Only one coupon may be applied per checkout.

We are sorry about that! This can happen for a variety of reasons. First, we recommend making sure that the browser you’re using is up-to-date (usually Chrome or Firefox work well). If your browser is up-to-date and you are still experiencing issues, we recommend checking out in incognito mode using a different window. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, make sure that your billing information is up-to-date, that you have sufficient funds, and that your bank has approved the transaction. Another possibility is that our system is unable to recognize the shipping address and therefore unable to process the transaction. If you’d like us to double-check, let us know your shipping address and we’ll run it through our validation system.If you’re still having trouble, drop us an email at info@ukari.online with details about what exactly is happening and we’ll help you out.

Product questions

The application of our Ukari products varies based on each specific product. Each product has detailed instructions on the label or you can check out our shop page for more product information.

Keep your Ukari products tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Our products are manufactured and tested by us personally. They undergo strict quality control procedures prior to shipping them to you. We are comfortable giving them to our parents, brothers, sisters, and friends, which is why we are comfortable giving them to you.

We strive to make our products as eco-friendly as possible. All our products are made using natural ingredients and all the packaging is recyclable. We also print our labels using a carbon-neutral printer to minimise our environmental impact.

We strive to ensure you have access to your favourite Ukari products at all times. However, if an item goes out of stock, we will send you a notification letting you know. We will also let you know when they are back and ready to ship.

Shipping questions

Ukari delivers orders across the whole of South Africa. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

We ship all Ukari products through trusted third-party courier services. Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on where you would like your products delivered. Good news though, purchase more than R1000 of our Ukari products and shipping is on us!

We strive to ship orders as soon as we receive them. However, our team spends time carefully preparing your package especially for you. Please give us a day or two to process your order. Thereafter, shipping usually takes between 2-5 days from the time your order is dispatched, depending on your location.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to follow your parcel’s journey, and the contact information of the courier company for ease of reference.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once the parcel has been dispatched to you. If you are unhappy with the quality of your products, please reach out to us at info@ukari.online and we will do our best to assist.

Account questions

Nope! Our website will not create an account on your behalf. Simply fill out our contact form to receive Ukari news and other lifestyle and garden inspiration.

Payflex offers the first truly free payment plan in South Africa. Check out with Payflex and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately, and you pay the rest over 6 weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*).

Payflex is not a credit provider. Payflex provides interest and charge-free payment plans for low-value amounts over 6 weeks. This is commonly referred to in the industry as BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) services. If one does not meet the required instalment dates, penalties are incurred, but not in the form of interest.

Yes, absolutely! At checkout, you will be prompted for both your shipping and billing addresses.

We charge VAT on all of your purchases. The VAT we charge is the same as you’d be charged had you bought your products from a nearby store.
